Selling through Second Occasion is a straightforward and rewarding process.
Here's how it works:

​Appointment: We'll arrange a meeting, usually in my studio, to inspect the dress and confirm its suitability. This allows us to ensure that the dress meets our quality standards and is ready for its next special occasion.
Cleaning: All dresses must be cleaned before selling. You can do this before the appointment, or I can handle it through my specialist cleaner. This ensures that the dress is in pristine condition for its new owner.
Pricing: We'll discuss and agree on the price you want for the dress. This collaborative approach ensures that you are satisfied with the selling price and that it reflects the value of the dress. Second Occasion will add a small fee onto the price of the dress; however, this will not affect the amount that the seller receives. We do not work on a percentage basis, ensuring that you get the full agreed-upon price for your dress.
Agreement: If we're both happy, we'll sign an agreement that confirms the details. This formalizes the arrangement and provides peace of mind for both parties.
Notification of sale: Once the dress is sold, you'll be notified and the funds will be transferred the same day. This prompt notification and payment process ensures that you are kept informed and receive your money quickly.
Change of Mind: If you change your mind and the dress hasn't sold, you're welcome to collect the dress and cancel the sale agreement. This flexible policy allows you to reconsider your decision without any pressure.
Review: After a season (one year), we can discuss further options. This review process ensures that we can reassess the dress's status and explore new opportunities for selling it.
